WORLDWIDE SHIPPING 

We ship worldwide via LPexpress. Shipping takes 2-4 weeks, depending on how far away from Europe you are. All paintings are insured until 500 EUR and shipped in tracked packages.

We’ve already shipped paintings to most countries worldwide. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email us.

SHIPPING IN EUROPEAN UNION

In European Union we ship via LPexpress. It usually takes 7-14 days to deliver your painting right to your door. All packages are shipped with tracking number and insurrance until 500 EUR. We’ve already shipped to almost every country in EU. Please email us if you have any questions.

SHIPPING IN LITHUANIA

In Lithuania we ship via LPexpress courier. It usually takes 2-3 days to deliver the painting. Please email or call us if you want to know when is the nearest possible delivery time.

RETURN THE PAINTING

Based on consumer rights in the European Parliament and Council Directive 97/7/EB on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, the Lithuanian Civil Code Section 6366 “Things sale under contracts concluded by means of communication” the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania in 2001 17 August order No. 258 approved Things sales and provision of services when contracts are awarded by means of communication, the rules, the goods can be returned within 14 days of their receipt and delivery.

If you wish to return a product you can contact us within 14 days after receiving your package. Please note that you will be charged for all shipping costs and additional fees (such as packaging and material costs etc) and that you are responsible for delivering the package back to us in a secure way. As soon as we have cleared that the product/products are in perfect condition we will transfer your money (minus the costs for shipping) back to you as soon as possible.

If your product/products appears to be broken or damaged in any way upon arrival and you wish to make a complaint, contact us as soon as possible with details, pictures and any additional information that we might need and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that colors, shades and textures might appear different in photos than in real life. Our artwork is professionally photographed and we try to show our artwork as true to the originals as possible, but depending on what contrast, color settings and brightness you may have on your screen the photographs can vary from the original painting.
